These terms govern your use of themossykingdom.com and anything you download or purchase from it. By using the site, you agree to them.
The site is operated by LightWork LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Tennessee, United States, doing business as The Mossy Kingdom. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean LightWork LLC. "You" means the person using the site.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site or to join our mailing list. The materials we create are for children, but the site itself is intended for adults buying on their behalf.
Free activity sheets. A library of printable activity sheets, free to download and use under the licence in section 5.
Activity packs. Collections of activity sheets and accompanying materials, sold as digital downloads.
We may add, change, or remove any of it at any time.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Depending on where you are, sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout and will be shown before you pay.
Payment is handled by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details.
Delivery is digital. After your payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link by email at the address you provide. Links may expire after a reasonable period, and you can request a fresh one at any time by emailing us.
Please check your email address carefully at checkout. If it is wrong, your download will not reach you. Email us and we will resend it.
When you download a free activity sheet or buy a pack, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it.

A note on sharing. We understand that teachers share things with the colleagues next door, and we are not going to treat that as a crime. If a friend or a fellow teacher would find one of our sheets useful, send them to themossykingdom.com rather than sending the file. That way they get the whole library, and we get to keep making more of it.
If you would like to use our materials across a whole school, district, or organisation, email us at hello@themossykingdom.com and we will sort something out.
Because our products are digital and are delivered immediately, we do not generally offer refunds. You can see the full contents of every pack on its product page before you buy, so you know exactly what you are getting.
That said, we are reasonable people. If you bought the wrong pack, bought the same one twice, or something genuinely went wrong, email hello@themossykingdom.com within 30 days and we will sort it out. We review these case by case and we would rather you were happy than technically correct.
If you are in the United Kingdom or European Union: you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right is lost once the download begins, and by completing your purchase you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or not as described.
Everything on this site is ours, including the activity sheets, the illustrations, the characters, the videos, the written content, the name "The Mossy Kingdom," and the logo. It is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The licence in section 5 lets you use the materials. It does not transfer ownership of anything.
Joining is voluntary. We send occasional updates about new activity sheets, packs, and videos. We do not send advertising for other companies, and we do not share your address with anyone.
Every email has an unsubscribe link. Use it whenever you like.
We work hard on these materials and we stand behind them. But we provide the site and everything on it "as is."
We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, that files will always download without error, or that the materials will suit every child, classroom, or teaching approach. Educational materials are a tool, not a guaranteed outcome.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or from your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or fifty US dollars, whichever is greater.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Do not use the site to do anything unlawful, to interfere with how it works, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to scrape or bulk-download our files by automated means.
We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who does.
We link to YouTube, Pinterest, and Instagram. Those are not our sites and we are not responsible for their content or their practices.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Changes apply from the date they are posted, and do not affect purchases you have already made.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Hamilton County, Tennessee.
If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, or of your right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us.
