A family project, through and through.
The Mossy Kingdom started the way most good things do, quietly, around the kitchen table. One of us is a teacher who spent years thinking about how young kids learn, what captures their attention, and what makes something actually stick. The other is an artist, always building worlds out of color, texture, and imagination.
Together, we set out to make something that felt alive, not worksheets that looked like worksheets, not videos that felt like lessons. A real place, with real characters, where learning happens because a kid gets absorbed in the story.
Our kids aren't just the audience, they're the creative team. They name characters, test every activity sheet, tell us when something is boring, and celebrate when something isn't. From sketching the first characters to hearing the first songs, they've shaped every corner of the Kingdom.
