This policy explains what personal information we collect through themossykingdom.com, why we collect it, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.
It does not cover our YouTube channel, our Pinterest account, or our Instagram account. Those platforms collect information under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
The Mossy Kingdom creates educational materials for children in preschool through second grade. The materials are for children. This website is not.
Our website, email list, and any paid products are intended for adults: parents, teachers, childcare providers, and homeschool educators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@themossykingdom.com and we will delete it.
Email address. If you choose to join our mailing list, we collect the email address you provide. Joining is entirely voluntary. You can use the site and download every free activity sheet without giving us an email address.
Purchase information. If you buy a product, our payment processor collects the information needed to complete the transaction. This includes your payment card details, which go directly to our payment processor and are never received or stored by us. Depending on the transaction, it may also include your name, email address, billing country, and billing address.
We keep a record of what was purchased, when, and the email address the product was delivered to, so that we can deliver your download and provide support.
Technical information. Our website is served through Cloudflare, which processes standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We use this in aggregate to understand general traffic levels. We do not use it to build profiles of individual visitors.
What we do not collect. We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics cookies, or social media pixels. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone, for any purpose, ever.

We use only the cookies necessary to make the website work and to keep it secure. These are set by Cloudflare as part of hosting and security, and by Stripe during checkout.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Our site is served over HTTPS, payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our systems, and access to our records is limited to the people who run the business.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so on the website or by email.
